Add to Calendar 2015-03-13 17:30:00 2015-03-13 20:00:00 2015 Midwest Slavic Conference Keynote Address by Dr. Karen Dawisha and Opening Reception Please join the Center for Slavic and East European Studies, Mershon Center for International Security Studies, and the Midwest Slavic Association for the keynote address and opening reception for the 2015 Midwest Slavic Conference.  Dr. Karen Dawisha, Miami U., will deliver the keynote address "Is Putin's Russia a Kleptocracy?
