Graduate and Professional FLAS Application
The Center for Slavic and East European Studies (CSEES) at The Ohio State University (OSU) is seeking applications under the U. S. Department of Education’s Title VI Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowship program for:
* Summer Quarter 2010
* Academic Year 2010-2011
These fellowships are available to all full-time graduate and professional students at all levels and in any department who are pursuing a course of study which requires advanced foreign language and area studies training. *New in 2010! CSEES will be offering FLAS fellowships to undergraduate students at OSU! Students at the Advanced level (Russian) or Intermediate level (all other REE&E languages) will be eligible to apply for a Summer 2010 FLAS award for intensive language study. Specific details will be available November 16th.
The deadline for Summer 2010 and AY 2010-2011 is Monday, February 1, 2010.
Please note: the awarding of FLAS fellowships is dependent upon the availability of U.S. Dept. of Education Title VI funding.
