Summer is the time to revive the projects you put on the back burner during the school year. Take advantage of the CSEES Summer Library Stipend to utilize the enormous resources of the OSU libraries, including the Education library that houses extensive book and periodical collections on Teacher Training and Pedagogy. Housing is available on the OSU campus for non-Columbus residents. Contact CSEES for more information.
Study Abroad Grants Program
Each year, CSEES sponsors a grant competition allowing one P-12 teacher
to attend a summer language and cultural program in Russia or Eastern
Europe. The goal of the competition is to encourage teachers to incorporate
knowledge of the region into his or her curriculum. Applications are usually
submitted in late April. Contact CSEES for more information.
