The Polish Studies Initiative (PSI) is pleased to announce that the PSI Scholarship and Grant Competition is now open for 2016!
The Polish Studies Initiative aims to support the study of Polish language and culture through summer intensive language programs, internships and study abroad programs. Scholarships are available for both undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in pursuing more advanced training during Maymester or summer semester (beginning May or summer 2016). The amount of the award will range from $500-1,000, depending on the stage of academic career and intended program.
A separate grant competition will also be held for all faculty and post-candidacy PhD students at Ohio State. Applicants can request up to $1,500 in funds. PSI funds research and curriculum development in the arts, humanities and social sciences that enhances the understanding of Polish society and culture.
