Please join the Center for Slavic and East European Studies, Mershon Center for International Security Studies, and the Midwest Slavic Association for the keynote address and opening reception for the 2015 Midwest Slavic Conference. Dr. Karen Dawisha, Miami U., will deliver the keynote address "Is Putin's Russia a Kleptocracy? And So What?" at 5:30PM in the Grand Lounge of the Faculty Club, followed by a reception with cash bar.
