The conference will open with a keynote address by Dr. Serhii Plokhii (Harvard University) on Ukraine’s current crisis in historical perspective on Friday, April 8th, followed by two days of panels.Please send a one-paragraph abstract and a brief C.V. in PDF format to csees@osu.edu by January 15th. Undergraduate and graduate students are encouraged to participate.
