Please join the Center for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies, the Department of Near Eastern and South Asian Languages and Cultures, and the Middle East Studies Center for a Nowruz celebration. Marked on the vernal equinox and celebrating a new year in the Persian calendar, this holiday is celebrated across the Balkans, Caucasus, Central Asia and Middle East.
