Roxana Cazan, a Ph. D. candidate at the University of Indiana, has been named the Midwest Slavic regional winner of the ASEEES graduate student essay prize for her essay, "Traversing the Oneiric: Subverting the Trauma of Communism and Patriarchy in Domnica Radulescu’s Fiction." She now has the opportunity to win the ASEES national competition, including roundtrip domestic airfare and hotel at the 2013 ASEEES convention in Boston.
