CSEEES would like to congratulate academic-year FLAS fellows Bailee Wolfe and Kira Foster for their recent awards from the American Council of Teachers of Russian (ACTR)!

Bailee was awarded an ACTR Post-Secondary Russian Scholar Laureate Award and Kira was awarded a gold medal in her category in ACTR's National Russian Essay Contest.
