CSEES is co-sponosring the International Conference on Conflict Resolution Education, which will be held June 11th-16th, 2014 at George Mason University. Center staff are participating on the conference committee to help organize the event. CSEES is also providing funding to community college faculty so they can attend the pre-conference training and two days of panels and presentations (for more information, please contact us at csees@osu.edu). At the conference, CSEES will be conducting an interactive workshop titeld "Building Global Awareness in the Classroom" that focuses on cultural conflict resolution in Estonian and Bulgarian schools. Our program will be geared towards educators at the K-12 and post-secondary level who are looking to incorporate multicultural education into the classroom and develop curriculum on international issues.
