Important Update: CSEEES the Day Newsletter Delivery Issues for Gmail and Yahoo Users

sticky note on a note book that reads "latest update"

We want to inform our subscribers about an ongoing issue affecting the delivery of our weekly newsletter. Recently, we’ve discovered that emails sent through Mailchimp to Gmail and Yahoo accounts are either being marked as spam or not arriving at all. This problem is impacting many organizations and is related to recent changes in email authentication requirements by these providers.

What We’re Doing:
We’ve already implemented the recommended email authentication measures to meet Gmail and Yahoo’s updated requirements. However, despite these efforts, delivery issues persist. As a result, we are actively evaluating alternative email platforms to ensure reliable communication with all of our subscribers. Our goal is to find a long-term solution that guarantees your newsletters arrive on time and in your inbox. We will announce any changes as soon as possible.

What You Can Do in the Meantime:
If you have an alternative email address that is not Gmail or Yahoo (such as Outlook, your work email, or another provider), we encourage you to update your subscription with that address. This will help ensure you continue receiving our newsletters without interruption.
