Information Sessions about Graduate Programs with CSEEES

The Center for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies (CSEEES) is now accepting applications for the interdisciplinary MA in Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies, a terminal MA program that provides students with the language skills and regional knowledge to understand and analyze the events, culture, history, and politics of a region or country within Eastern Europe/Eurasia. More details about the program can be found at the MA program website. This year, CSEEES is participating in info sessions together with other similar programs, in addition to our own sessions, to help students determine which programs are the right fit for their interests. Students planning to apply this cycle are urged to attend, but those considering applying in future years are also welcome.
"Masters and the Midwest" information sessions will introduce prospective students to opportunities for graduate study in Russian, East European and Eurasian Studies at Midwestern Universities. Each participating institution will give a brief introduction of their programs and specialties, and attendees will be able to join breakout rooms and ask questions about the programs most of interest. In addition to CSEEES, staff from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, University of Kansas, University of Michigan, and University of Wisconsin-Madison will attend.
"Graduate Programs in Slavic/Russian at Ohio State" information sessions will explain to prospective students the different graduate programs available for students of Russian and other Slavic and East European languages to help them choose the best fit for them. Representatives from the MA in Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies, the MA in Russian for the Professions and the MA/PhD in Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures will be on hand to answer student questions.
We encourage all prospective applicants to attend an information session. Information sessions will be held online. Please register in advance using the links below.
