Welcome to the CSEEES team, Helen Myers!
The Center for Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies (CSEEES) is happy to share the news that our faculty affiliate and former FLAS Fellow, Dr. Helen Myers, will join the CSEEES team as the Russian Instructor for Columbus International High School (CIHS). Since 2011, CSEEES has collaborated with CIHS in offering Russian language classes to its students as part of our mission as a designated Department of Education Title VI National Resource Center (NRC).
Myers is an Ohio State alumna with a PhD from the Department of Slavic and East European Languages and Cultures (DSEELC), and extensive experience teaching Russian language and culture. Don't worry, students! Myers will continue to teach classes in DSEELC, as well. In this role, Myers will bring her expertise to a new group of students, introducing them to this fascinating part of the world.
Welcome to the team, Helen! We're so glad you are joining us.
