Elena Burger is pursuing a Master's degree in Slavic, East European and Eurasian Studies at CSEEES. She holds a B.A. in History with a minor in English from the University of California, Davis. With research interests in the Balkans and former Ottoman Europe, she will continue her study of Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian and begin her study of modern Turkish.
